The Renal and Vascular Outcomes Improvement Program, powered by Forward Health Group, was approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for the CMS Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) for 2026.

Four Non-MIPS measures were approved for inclusion in the Quality Renal Registry QCDR. Organizations can also report on any of the 2026 MIPS Quality Measures through Forward Health Group’s QCDR or approved Qualified Registry.
