The Client Solutions Associate is an active participant with all FHG’s PopulationManager and PopulationCompass clients. The Associate has familiarity with healthcare industry and also understands the routine responsibilities of a client-facing role—owning the full scope of meeting management including scheduling, developing agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow up tasks and responsible parties, following up on requests, tracking software enhancements and sharing software release notes.

This support role is a key part of the FHG Client Solutions team. There will be frequent client interaction so an open and professional demeanor and the ability to quickly collaborate and partner with a wide variety of people is essential for success in this role. In support of the quarterly goals for each client, the Client Solutions Associate will communicate with FHG peers to sustain and grow all client relationships. The Client Solutions Associate will also need to have a firm command and persistent style to enable constant awareness of timelines and deadlines to ensure frequent follow up and the ability to drive initiatives to successful and timely outcomes by engaging with other members of the FHG team in a proactive and thorough manner.

Client Solutions Manager – PopulationCompass |  Madison, WI

The Manager, Client Solutions — PopulationCompass oversees all of FHG’s installations of the PopulationCompass platform.  They have a comprehensive understanding of the language, financing, and corporate structures of health care in the US market.  They understand the structures of health plan claims data and is a “fluent” speaker about remittance advices, member files, eligibility segments, and the varied financial categories found on a claim line (e.g., Allowed, Covered, Paid, Denied, etc.).  They are skilled at establishing and advancing relationships with network development/managed care contracting, financial, and IT leaders at health plans, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers.

This role is responsible for installing and maintaining FHG’s PopulationCompass software and establishing meaningful relationships with FHG clients.  This role is responsible for Client Success in software deployment and ongoing client support, especially related to helping the client improve their outcomes.  This role requires active project management, clear client and internal team communication, problem and change management, and adherence to agreed-upon timelines.  This client-facing position is responsible for resource coordination to ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.  This role is also responsible for developing strong client relationships that identify opportunities to grow revenue.  By understanding the client’s business objectives, growth strategies, and challenges, the Manager, Client Solutions — PopulationCompass positions FHG as a long-term value-generating partner.
